Siddhant Jai Saxena, Founder of BeyondSpotlight, is an author, journalist, and triple postgraduate with a strong vision to create a platform that goes beyond glamour and highlights inspiring journeys. With 7+ years of corporate and managerial experience, he combines professional expertise with his passion for media and philosophy. An avid learner, Siddhant holds three postgraduate degrees – MA in Philosophy, MBA in Human Resources, and MA in Public Administration. He has authored two books – Sahaj Way of Life and Bridging East and West: A Comparative Study of Indian and Western Philosophy with Shri Mataji Insights – both reflecting his deep engagement with spirituality and intellectual exploration. In the field of media, he has conducted celebrity interviews with well-known actors, educationists, and thought leaders. He also worked as a broadcaster with All India Radio (2014–2018) and Radio Dwarka (2015–2016), sharpening his journalistic voice. Through BeyondSpotlight, Siddhant aims to bring celebrities, sportspersons, spiritual personalities, and changemakers into focus for their resilience, values, and impact—not just their fame. His vision is to make BeyondSpotlight a hub where inspiration meets awareness.

Dr. Sunita Saxena, Director of BeyondSpotlight, is a seasoned educator and writer with over 30 years of literary contribution and more than a decade of teaching experience. She has authored two Hindi books and numerous articles admired for their simplicity, moral depth, and cultural richness. Her children’s literature, including Mitra Geeta, blends engaging stories with timeless life lessons. Currently teaching at Bal Bharti Public School, Pitampura, she continues to inspire young learners with her expertise in Hindi language and literature. As Director, Dr. Saxena provides BeyondSpotlight with guidance, cultural depth, and educational insight, ensuring the platform remains meaningful, value-driven, and inspiring for its readers.
